Obli watches Solumn approach. When he get's near Obli gives him a man hug "Congrats buddy, really happy for you. Hope last nights bachelor party wasn't too much. Good luck." - Rachel wrote:

After Rosalynn and Solumn enter the circle, Rachel speaks to those gathered:
"Today, we come together for the hand-fasting of Rosalynn and Solumn. A hand-fasting is a ceremony in which two people make a commitment to live together and to love each other forever.
It is an important rite of passage, and once complete, it is permanent. We will now cast the circle."
Moving about the circle four times, she stops at the candles which mark the cardinal directions and says a prayer:
"Dagda, Father God of Earth, allow Rosalynn and Solumn's love to grow.
Fand, Goddess of the Sea, allow Rosalynn and Solumn's love to be a deep as the ocean.
Anu, Goddess of Air and Prosperity, allow Rosalynn and Solumn's love to flourish.
Brigid, Goddess of the Eternal Flame, allow Rosalynn and Solumn's love to burn eternally."
Finished with the casting of the circle, Rachel speaks to the couple, "Please state your intent to join each other in the presence of the Gods and Goddesses, Family, and Friends, so that they may be witnesses to your hand-fasting." - Rosa wrote:

Rachel extends the chalice of honeymeade to Rosalynn and Solumn for them to drink. - Rosa wrote:

With a more stern look on her face, as she continued with the ceremony, Rachel dutifully repeated advice, which she had always taken to be an important part of the handfasting, "Be understanding and patient, each with the other. Be free in the giving of affection and warmth.
Be sensuous with one another. Have no fear and let not the ways of the unenlightened give you unease, for the Gods are with you now and always."
Rachel looks up at all the family and friends gathered and says loudly, "Do you support this couple, Lord Solumn and Lady Rosalynn, in their handfasting?" - Cailyn wrote:

Lethion sprinted into the city gardens puffed out from his recent freak out...disappointed that he had missed the ceremony but not surprised at all. Lethion wondered if anyone had noticed his lateness. He slunk in quietly and took an empty spot in the cirlce...Grinning he watched as the

CD laughs heartily with Solumn.
"May you and your bride be blessed with all the riches and happiness in the world, and grow to a ripe old age."
Myrnia smile happilly seeing her husband and good friend together, in a so special occasion. After CD's words, she come close Solumn and hug him while greeting him:
"Solumn, today is a great day for you and also for us. I guess you finnally found someone that will make you feel you have something to fight for and a place to come back. I make mine CD's words and wish you and Rosallynn all riches and happiness in the world."
Sayin this, Myrnia turn around to hug Rosalynn, the bride, in her magnificent wedding dress.
"Ros, I am very happy for both of you. Take good care of this man, he deserve it as you deserve a man like him."
After Myrnia finished, CD took a good look at Rosalynn... ,"Oh you look beautiful today!" CD congratulates Rosalynn and tell Solumn how lucky he is. - Rosa wrote:
